There are a limited number of bicycle stands available at the hospital and we encourage the use of them where possible. There are no bicycle stands at The GUIDE Clinic itself but from the map you can see there are some a short walk away.
When you get to St. James's
Follow the road towards the main hospital and take the first left at Junction 1. Follow the road for 200m and to your right will be Hospital 5. Turn here and The GUIDE Clinic is on your left after 20m.
We are introducing online bookings for the Guide Clinic. For the initial Phase of the project, we are only catering for Non-Symptom STI Screening Tests and PrEP clinic appointments. We will look to bring other Appointment Types online soon, but for now only those patients with no symptoms can book online. For all other patients please see the Coming to See Us area of the website.
MONKEYPOX: If you are concerned that you have symptoms of Monkeypox or have been a close contact of somebody with Monkeypox please phone the clinic in advance of your appointment. Please DO NOT walk in. This will enable us to arrange appropriate care for you. Please phone (01) 416 2315, Option 1.
Vaccinations against Monkeypox are currently not yet available at the GUIDe Clinic. This website will be updated as information is made available to us.
In line with public health guidance, please DO NOT attend the GUIDe clinic if you have symptoms of COVID19 or are a COVID19 contact.
Online STI bookings: www.swiftqueue.com please book into the appropriate clinic. Appointments are released regularly so please check back for availability. There is no walk-in STI service.
